Lexie is about 3 years old and a lively girl. She has good energy and will enjoy doing fun things with her humans. Lexie is a very smart girl, and thus will need an experienced owner to keep Lexie learning new things every day.
Lexie was originally a stray and found her way to the shelter. She had been well fed and well taken care of. Because of her sunny disposition, this girl’s family must have had to give her up.
Lexie is house trained and sleeps in a crate at night. She would lots rather sleep next to her person. 🙂 Lexie does jump up on people, so we suggest no young children in her furever home. Lexie will need consistent training to get her to understand life has rules.
Lexie is being fostered with several other dogs and she gets along nicely with all of them. She is not good with cats.
Lexie is a level 3 dog in the east bay.
