Hi! I’m King. I’m a 3 year old big boy GSD looking for a new place to call home. 

My owner passed away and I really miss him but my extended family has been working hard to make sure I catch up on the things I missed when my owner was sick. My extended family is wonderful and I am learning so much from them but they all have jobs and lives away from here and I really need a family who has time to enjoy my captivating personality.

I am cute – I mean really cute. People will stop to admire my goofy smile and the rakish tilt of my ear. I am not just any dog – I am a German Shepherd Dog and with some guidance and exposure I will be amazing!

I haven’t had much training so I’ll need an experienced owner who can spend time with me. I do currently live with a smaller dog and we get along just fine. Recently, I have been getting a lot of practice at the dog park and am making a lot of progress on my leash skills. I am people friendly and aware of my surroundings. I am learning how to play with other dogs and I really like it! I even went to the pet food store for a bath in one of those crazy tubs.

I know a lot of people are looking for a dog who already knows how to be the perfect companion. But your work with me will pay off tenfold and I am sure to become a loyal friend and family member. Dog school sounds super fun-something we can do together while we get to know each other. With some patience from my new family, I’ll catch on quickly to the rules of my new home. I am after all a GSD!
