Maia is about a year old.  She was found in the north bay, and rather than taking her to the shelter, the finder kept, hoping to find her owner.  That didn’t happen, and the finder really liked Maia, but they aren’t in a position to have another dog.  While Maia waits for her furever home, she is with her family.

Maia’s family has done a really nice job with her.  She is super smart; her family has worked on training and socialization, which Maia picked up very quickly.  Because she’s smarter than the average bear, Maia’s  new family should have lots of GSD experience to stay smarter than her. *wink*

Maia loves to play with dogs, running and chasing and play-bowing.  Ideally, her new family would have another dog.  Maia has lots of good energy and will need daily exercise to keep her happy and busy.

She is ready to meet her furever family.  Might that be you?
