This is a courtesy posting for our friends at the North Bay Humane Society in Vallejo This sweet, smart Shepherd was first seen walking by the Vallejo Ferry building and waterfront intently looking for his missing family. We later learned that his family may have left him behind when they moved a few weeks ago and he had been searching the same Vallejo neighborhood day after day until he was caught and taken to the North Bay Humane Society on May 18th. Since then he has been a gentle fellow accepting treats, putting his paw in your hand to say ‘please help get me out of here’, and is seemingly undisturbed by his shelter mates and not letting the noising scary shelter environment stress him out as he patiently waits for someone to come for him.  He is good on walks and seems indifferent to cats. He is really an amazing dog and we are hoping there is a family out there for him that can show him all the love and loyalty that he has been longing for. please contact Nancy Taylor at [email protected]
