I’m Brandy, an ever so sweet, pretty 4 year old girl who is a real lovebug. I’m affectionate and friendly with all people. I’m a big girl and weigh about 80 pounds; but truthfully, I still need to lose a few pounds to be at my ideal weight. I love to take walks though which is great for the body and soul. I’ll make an excellent walking partner.  

I’m a long coated GSD with a gentle personality. 

I follow my people everywhere and help with anything they’re doing – especially if they’re doing yard work or “working” with a garden hose! 

I have nice house manners and do fine if left alone but I really love company so it would be great to have people who will spend a lot of time with me. 

I have a super start to my obedience skills. I try hard and am a good  listener. I’m also learning to be courteous; for example I’ve learned not to barge through doors and I wait politely for my food. My foster mom is quite proud of me. 

I really enjoy hikes and car rides but am just as content to lay next to my family and chill out.

I’m good with polite dogs and seem to like the boys a bit better.  I’m not really into playing with other dogs although I do enjoy dog friends; I would enjoy a dog sibling with a similar demeanor. No cats for me though. My foster mom has a cat and I really hone in on it. I’m sure it would be fun to chase!

Sometimes I can get a little wound up while playing with my humans so I’ll do best with older children. I kind of forget where the toy (or hose) ends and your hand starts and might grab the wrong thing purely by accident, I’m really embarrassed when that happens! 

I can’t wait to find my forever family! I’ll be waiting with my foster mom in Aurburn.
