So… my name is um…Brewsky. Do you see yourself unwinding at night with a cold brew and your dog at your side? OK…. time to get serious … and lemonade would be just as nice!  I’m a 6 year old black and tan girl GSD looking for a new home. I am medium sized and weigh about 65 pounds. 

I’m a natural protector so can be cautious with strangers, but only in response to my handler’s discomfort. Other than these rare occasions, I generally lick all hands and flop right over for belly rubs. I’m kind of a big teddy bear.

I am very sweet and well behaved and often go visit friends and to play with other dogs.  I am well behaved everywhere I go. I really love my family and have been around babies and young kids. I’m gentle and sweet with them. 

I bark with excitement when people come to visit then pick up a toy hoping they’ll play with me. But, I will be polite with houseguests. 

I will alarm bark and want to keep my family safe. 

I love toys-especially tug toys and kong toys for chewing. I like balls too. 

I am polite with other dogs and know how to greet them.

I am excellent on leash and love to go for leash walks. I am also good about coming when I’m called if I’m off leash

I have had lots of training and have very nice manners. I’m really good in the house. Where I live now I’m not allowed on the furniture but I am totally fine with that.  I also don’t mind being in a crate. 

I enjoy car rides too.

Something you should know about me is that I am tolerant of cats but I have a high prey drive so I may be best in a family without cats. 

I am a polite and loving girl. I hope I sound like someone you’d like to meet. I’ll be waiting in Emeryville.
