Hi! I’m Eric. I’m a 4 ½ year old black and tan GSD. I’m a big healthy boy and weigh about 90 pounds. I have a thick, long coat and solid big bones. I did have a hip replacement when I was a pup but all is well now. I enjoy walks and playing at the dog park.

I have been to school and am quite obedient and eager to please my owner. I ride well in the car too.

I get along nicely with other dogs.

I walk politely on leash and enjoy outings. I am aware of my surroundings when I’m out and about but mostly I will focus on my owner – even when I’m in a busy place.

I have a solid GSD temperament. I have very nice house manners and can be left alone in the house. I’ll also alarm bark when I hear delivery trucks or other visitors.

I am a smart, serious, and relational gentleman. I really love my people and have formed a strong bond with my family. Something you should know about me is that it may take some patience from my new family to help me transition to my new life. In time, I will love you and take our relationship very seriously. I believe it is my job to take good care of my people.

My new friends at BAGSR say that someone will be very lucky to have me as part of their family.
