When you adopt a BAGSR dog, the last thing you should worry about is your new dog’s health. When you see this sign, you know that our volunteers & donors have ensured:
Your dog has a clean bill of health for heartworm, fleas and ticks. Your dog has received monthly medication to make sure the bugs stay away. Your dog has been spayed or neutered. Your dog has been microchipped and you’ll be added to the registration. Your dog is current on rabies and DHLPP vaccines. Your dog has been eating good food and we will give you some to take home.

This strong, handsome boy would excel in an active home that can provide lots of socialization and exercise. Jerry loves to play ball and get body rubs. He is not a dog park kind of dog, but more of a dog looking for a job or stimulating interaction with his person.
Jerry lee is living in the North bay with his foster family.
Adopt in 4 easy steps
1) Complete the application – it takes about 5 minutes you’ll tell us about yourself. This helps us understand the type of dog that you are looking for.
2) We contact you – You’ll hear from us within hours! One of our adoption counselors will call you and have a chat about your application. They will ask you to text some pictures of your fencing and gates.
3) Dog shopping! – Check our website and Facebook page every day! The moment you see a dog that you are interested in you’ll contact your adoption counselor.
4) Adopt your new friend – We’ll arrange for you to meet the dog. If it all goes well, you will be able to adopt your dog, there and then, and take your dog home! Adoption fees are $300 for adults over 12 months and $350 under 12 months.
