Luca is a very handsome 3 year old long coated red and black fellow. He is very sweet and great at meeting new dogs and people!
He’s affectionate and fun loving, especially if you have a Kong or ball in hand. He’s just easy to be with.
Luca was pretty neutral with cats at the shelter so may be OK with a dog savvy cat.
He wants to learn. He doesn’t know much but is a quick study at waiting, getting back, “leave it” and “sit”. He’s also pretty easy on leash. He just needs some further gentle guidance from his new people.
Luca is a sensitive soul and responds best to praise and treats (of course)! He rides quietly in cars, is crate trained and is just an all around nice guy. He’d be a great hiking dog or he would be happy with some exercise and play time in a yard. He’s pretty adaptable.
Luca is being fostered in Auburn and is ready and waiting with crossed paws for his new forever family.
