Got ball?

Marvin is a 2 year old,55 pound lad who would just love to hang out and be a family dog, with children. He l.o.v.e.s. balls and can endlessly fetch them when you throw them and he will return them to you right in your lap or hands. He got confused when 2 balls were thrown at the same time; he tried to get both but didn’t know which one to get first ! Goofy boy and very engaging to play with.

The family lucky enough to adopt him will show them there are other fun things to do in life, such as hiking, exercising and beach day would be great alternatives for this sweet boy. He walks nicely on leash and will be better equipped with a little more training. He knows some basic commands but will benefit from more exposure in obedience training. He is quite skinny, and can use some good food in his thin frame. Once he puts on weight and fills out, he will be a stunning dog, not only to look at, but to be with.

Marvin likes dogs and was interested in meeting them, but only on leash. No cats were introduced.  With the right gentle and positive training, he will be up and running again, in no time. He is a large dog and is being fostered in the East Bay.
