Maxton has just come to us.  We know that he is very people social and friendly.  He also likes cats!  He has a bit of training under his collar and has very nice manners.  Sounds like a great dog, eh?  Yes he is.

Max is 6 months old and a traditional black and tan pup.  He’s probably going to be about 80 pounds once he hits maturity.

This pup hadn’t spent a lot of time with other dogs; he was a bit scared of the dogs he met at his evaluation, but within a few hours, he was running around with a pack of five.  He did just fine.

Max has come to us as an owner surrender.  He has a medical issue that we’re going to try to clear up.  He’ll be meeting with Dr. Gilman to have tests, and we’ll try to get him a clean bill of health.  He still needs to be neutered also, so he won’t be available for a bit.

Max is in the east bay for the time being.  Due to his age, he is a level 4 dog – a puppy.  Max’s owners will need to have raised GSD or working dog puppies in the recent past; we’ll want to hear all about the challenges and successes of raising their last pup.
