Nacho was severely neglected prior to being found as a stray in Oakland. He appeared shut-down, very quiet, very thin and with significant ear infections. He would barely wag his tail…
During his evaluation, Nacho just dragged in the play yard. Eventually he sniffed around, and then ? We brought another dog into the play yard and boy did he happy up. That’s what he had been missing. He was such a sweet, gentle and frail guy that we wanted him to have other dogs in his life. A wonderful family came to meet several foster dogs, and they eagerly took Nacho home with them. They will fatten him up, he will have a 10 year old fur sister to hang out with, and he will get megawatts of love.
In about a month, we expect this 4 year old boy to be in much better condition, where he will be ready to meet the public. He is very sweet, loving all the attention he can receive. He loves a soft bed and a warm home. THAT we will give him.
