Hi! I’m Pixie Girl. Yes….this IS a German Shepherd dog rescue site but I’m not a German Shepherd! I’m a six year old girl beagle mix. I weigh about 30 pounds and am headed for about 35-my ideal weight. My new friends at BAGSR have agreed to help me because they fell in love with me and I with them. They say that I am just as precious as can be and am all love in a darling little package. I am quite similar to my new German Shepherd friends in that I am brave, smart, loyal and a quick learner. I also have a great nose.

I’m looking for a new family who will love me and do fun things with me. I’m a take anywhere dog;

I love people, am cheerful and bright-eyed. I am sweet cuddly, gentle, and friendly. I get along with both dogs and cats and am appropriate when meeting them.

I’ll need someone who will take good care of me and provide me with my regular dose of insulin to treat my diabetes.

I enjoy car rides and rode beautifully to my foster home where I get to stay with my foster brother German Shepherd dog.
