Rowdy is a mere 3 months old. He’s tiny for his age, most likely due to being a slight mix. We’re not sure what his ancestry is, but he looks like a gsd more than anything.
Rowdy spent an entire month in the shelter before he was offered to us. Amazingly, his personality did not suffer; he is happy, outgoing, playful, almost fearless and very funny. He already engages in tug-o-war with other dogs, and he chases balls. His attention span is short but very fun to watch. He loves to plant himself in between his favorite human’s ankles.
He is learning to sleep in a crate and he’s doing well with potty training. Again, he is small and young, so if you’re interested in Rowdy, you’ll need to be diligent every hour to take him outside to piddle. Rowdy is not afraid of the other dogs he’s living with. He runs after them like he’s saying, “Wait for me!”. He’s pretty darn cute.
This little pup is living in the east bay until he finds his furever.
