WOW – Sam is one lucky boy to have Chris Long in his fan club. Thanks for the sponsorship, Chris.

Sam would like to say WOOF WOOF (thank you in Sam language) to Pat Sides for sponsoring him. He’s very happy to have his very own supporter!!!

Hi! I’m Sam….my new friends affectionately call me “Old Man Sam” since they estimate that I’m around 11 years old. My joints are a bit stiff but I’m otherwise healthy. I weigh about 57 pounds.

My house manners are terrific and my demeanor pretty chill.

I like to hang out with my people and will check in with them often for pets and loves. I’m sure I would love laying by your side if you want some company while you’re working. I’d be a great take-to-work and/or coffee shop dog.

Casual strolls around the neighborhood are super enjoyable for me too.

I sleep quietly on my comfy bed all night.

I am just fine with other dogs and enjoy their company; I’m probably cat workable.

My foster mom says that I’m friendly and am an easy, delightful boy.

More will be posted about me as I settle in and show my true personality. In the meantime, I’ll be waiting with my foster fam in Novato.
