I’m Shadow! I’m a year and a half old healthy GSD. I’m a big boy and weigh about 80 pounds. I also have a gorgeous, long, plush coat.

I’m a fun, bouncy youngster looking for an active adopter who has experience with working dogs.

I enjoy tug toys and can really get into it but when I’m told to stop, I do. I am a very good listener and am treat motivated.

I walk well on leash and meet other dogs and people using good manners. I ride nicely in the car too.

I can be mouthy and will need someone to work with me on that. I adore kids but because of my rambunctious play style and mouthiness, small children may not be the best for me right now.

I have the characteristics of a true GSD and will make an awesome companion for someone with large breed herding dog experience. I am quite smart and will benefit from lots of training and adventures. I would absolutely love a partner in crime-someone to do stuff with!

I don’t jump, bark much or challenge fences.

Whether you have other dogs or not, I’ll fit in. My new friends say that I don’t seem to have much of a prey drive so I may be cat workable.
