This little darling is a handful. He is very, very smart. The first day with us, he was testing boundaries and barking back at his human while ‘learning’.
Tater does not have working potential, however he might be a good sport dog. He is going to need a lot of mental and physical stimulation to keep him busy and out of trouble. He is over the top with curiosity and ability.
Tater is good with other dogs and he would likely be good with cats. He is frightened of dogs running up on him, so he needs daily doggie socialization to know that dogs are good.
Tater’s new owners must be very experienced with working-breed puppies and very smart working breed puppies. 🙂 His humans need to be strong and consistent leaders, and they must demonstrate the ability to handle a pup like Tater. He is only 3.5 months old but will be a pistol!
