I’m Timmy! I’m a one year old boy GSD and I weigh about 60 pounds. My new friends at BAGSR grabbed me out of the shelter where I was a staff favorite.

I am an active, curious and alert youngster with a winning temperament!

I have a friendly and confident way about me. I enjoy people a lot and also like to explore on my own.

Something you should know about me is that I come when called and I know some basic commands.

I also enjoy playing with other dogs; however I do meet new dog friends with excitement. I can play for a long time though and really love it.

I’ll need some practice meeting new dogs on leash until I get the hang of using good manners for these meetings. In general, I walk nicely on leash. I’ll need a family committed to providing me with ongoing training so my learning will continue to progress. Group training would be great for me!

My ideal home would be with humans who will include me in activities, keep on teaching me stuff, and keep my mind and body challenged.

I was terrific in my crate on the ride from the shelter.
