Tinkerbell happily tells us she’s sponsored by Dennis Dougherty – woofs and licks!

John McNicholas and Tinkerbell just announced their new global sponsorship deal!

Tinkerbell says woof and is so very proud to have her latest sponsor John Fortune!

This is a darling, sweet, little girl of about 40 pounds.  Just a mere blip on the radar screen, she’s very affectionate and LOVES people.  While we don’t advocate dogs jumping on people, she does so ever so carefully and gently.

Tinkerbell is about 1 year old.  She is a classic black and tan tiny little girl; she does not appear to be a mix, despite her size.

Tink was surrendered to the shelter because her owner said she was aggressive.  This could not be further from the truth.  She was a bit afraid and overwhelmed by a dog we introduced her to at the shelter.  At her foster home, she immediately met two GSDs and she began running with them.  She spent her time running to the dogs and then to her foster home; she was very happy.

Tink has a huge puncture wound on her left lower shoulder that needs immediate surgery.  We will get her all fixed up and the recuperation process will start.  In about a month, she will be as good as new.

She’s in the east bay in a foster home full of GSDs. She immediately met Test Kitty, and she was perfect.  It’ll be a few weeks before we get a good understanding of her play style.
