Hi! I’m Yahtzee. I’m a 2 year old 86 pound boy GSD.

My foster mom says I’m a sweet and happy-go-lucky guy. I love to have fun!

Something you should know about me is that I absolutely love to be with my people! I don’t really like it when they have to leave me and get super excited with they return. When they go outside and leave me inside, I bark for a few minutes and then settle down….but if I can see them, that’s a different story-haha. I really want to go out and be with them.

I actually have very nice house manners. My foster family spies on me with cameras when they have to go to work and they see me chillin, looking out the window, watching the landscapers, and napping.

Just like a youngster, I’m still a bit mouthy which can scare some people because I am a big GSD, but I’m just being playful. My foster mom and dad are working with me on this-they say it’s not acceptable behavior.

I like other dogs and am a high energy player; I would probably enjoy a big dog sibling to play with. I have a tendency to guard my toys from my foster dog sibling but he doesn’t care and we don’t fight about it. But, I know this is not polite; in fact I have to admit, my foster family doesn’t tolerate it.

I have my basic obedience skills down and walk nicely on leash.

Since I’m a classic GSD, I will thrive with a strong leader who will set fair and consistent boundaries. I will be a super fun companion for someone who wants a buddy to hang out and do stuff with.
